General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and purchases made by customers via the online shop Sangkuhl.ch operated by Sören Sangkuhl, 6016 Hellbühl, (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").

2. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the customer completes the order and the supplier accepts the order by sending a confirmation email. The supplier reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3rd Prizes

All prices listed in the online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown separately.

4. Payment terms

The customer has the following payment options: credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the online shop.

5th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The stated delivery times are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing as binding. The supplier is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Liability

The customer must inspect the delivered goods for defects immediately upon receipt and notify the supplier of any defects in writing within 7 days. In the case of proven defects, a replacement delivery or credit note will be issued. The supplier's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.

8. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the received goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

9. Data protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for processing the order and for legal purposes. Further details can be found in the provider's privacy policy.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated in a timely manner and will be deemed accepted unless the customer objects within 30 days.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hellbühl, Switzerland.

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by provisions that most closely approximate the economic purpose of the original provision.
